1963 Mini Cooper Replica
Classless and unique, the Mini Cooper was one of the most revolutionary cars ever produced in Britain. As a result of this, the Mini now has a cult following.
The restoration started with a complete strip down of all parts. The body shell was bare metalled and all the rust treated. The body panels, ie, roof, doors, wings and rear light apertures, were then replaced.
When we were happy with the alignment of all the body panels, the body shell was primed and then painted in tartan red and old English white. All period fittings were then fitted to replicate the original Cooper.
All body panels were wax oiled throughout to preserve it from any future corrosion. When the restoration was completed, it was very similar to an original Cooper Mini.
